• Pocztex Courier (Poczta Polska) – delivery to the specified address or a designated pick-up point.
• InPost Parcel Lockers – option to collect the package from a nearby parcel locker.
• UPS Courier – fast and reliable international shipping.
• GLS Courier – efficient delivery within EU countries.

Shipping Costs

The shipping cost is automatically calculated during the order process and depends on the selected products and the destination country. We deliver to Poland, EU countries, and selected non-EU countries.
 

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically delivered within a few business days after dispatch. If there are any delays or issues with the standard processing time, we will contact you to arrange the next possible delivery date.
 

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, a confirmation email is sent. Prepaid orders (via credit card or bank transfer) do not require additional confirmation. A notification is sent once the order has been dispatched. To maintain full discretion, we do not confirm orders via phone; however, providing a phone number in the order form is required for any necessary delivery-related communication.
 

Discreet Packaging

We ensure complete discretion for our customers. All shipments are packed neutrally, without any indication of contents, logos, or branded tape. Packages are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transport.
