Before use, wash the balls thoroughly with warm soapy water and dry them. Apply a small amount of intimate lubricant to the balls to facilitate insertion. Gently insert the balls into the vagina, leaving the string outside. The exercise involves contracting and relaxing the pelvic floor muscles. After finishing the exercises, gently remove the balls, wash them with warm soapy water, and dry them thoroughly before reuse.
