Before use, wash the balls thoroughly with warm soapy water and dry them. Apply a small amount of intimate lubricant to the balls to facilitate insertion. Gently insert the selected ball into the vagina, leaving the string outside. Contract and relax the pelvic floor muscles for effective exercises. After finishing, gently remove the ball, wash it with warm soapy water, and dry it thoroughly before reuse.
